ATLANTA REAL ESTATE STATISTIC OF THE MONTH

The number of Atlanta-area homes that sold for more than $2 million increased 150% in the first quarter of 2008. Of the 29 homes sold for more than $2 million between January 1 and March 31, more than 2/3 were sold in Buckhead. The average sales price for all $2 million-plus sales in 2008 is $3,027,163, up 2.4% from 2007.
